Guests who appear to be 15 years old or younger may be required to provide proof of age upon entry. Acceptable forms of identification include a school ID with date of birth and photo, military ID, passport, or state issued driver’s license or identification card. Guests who cannot provide proof of age may be denied entry or asked to leave.

To ensure a respectful and distraction free experience, guests are expected to follow these guidelines:

●      Mobile devices must be silenced before entering the performance space.

●      Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Theatre.

●      Flash photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during performances.

●      Guests should remain seated during performances unless an emergency requires them to exit.

●      Disruptive behavior including excessive talking, loud noises, or inappropriate conduct is not permitted and may result in removal from the venue.

●      Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the Theatre.

●      Guests are encouraged to dispose of trash in designated receptacles upon exiting the venue.

Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

All ticket sales are final. The Historic Fischer Theatre does not offer refunds for tickets in most circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, weather, travel issues, or personal emergencies.

If a patron is unable to attend an event, the Theatre may offer a credit to the customer’s account at its discretion. Account credits may be applied toward a future event at the Historic Fischer Theatre and are subject to availability, expiration terms, and any event-specific restrictions.

Refunds are issued only in the event that the Historic Fischer Theatre cancels a performance or elects to reschedule a show. In the case of a cancellation, patrons will be offered a full refund to the original form of payment or the option to receive account credit. In the case of a rescheduled event, patrons may choose to retain their tickets for the new date or request a refund within the timeframe communicated by the Theatre.

Tickets are non transferable for cash value and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.

By purchasing tickets, patrons acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
