Join the Historic Fischer Theatre for Raise a Glass, Raise the Curtain, a special fundraising evening celebrating with wine, entertainment, and the future of one of Danville's most beloved landmarks.
This memorable event will support the Fischer Theatre's basement renovation project, an exciting effort to transform the space beneath the stage into a vibrant new destination for performances, receptions, educational programming, community gatherings, and enhanced patron experiences.
Tickets are $50 per person and include cocktail hour, hors d'oeuvres, wine tasting, live lobby music, access to the renovation plans, and admission to the variety show.
Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on unique items and experiences during a silent auction, with proceeds directly supporting the basement renovation campaign.
Raise a glass, enjoy an evening of local talent, and help raise the curtain on the next chapter of the Historic Fischer Theatre!
7:00PM: The evening begins with a cocktail hour in the theatre lobby, featuring hors d'oeuvres, live acoustic music, and a curated tasting of six wines. Guests will also have the opportunity to view architectural renderings and renovation plans, learn more about the vision for the basement, and purchase additional wine throughout the evening.
8:00PM: The party moves into the historic auditorium for a lively variety show featuring local performers and special guests. Each performance has been selected to celebrate the creativity, artistry, and community spirit that the Fischer Theatre exists to foster!
